Fayette County High School Athletics strongly encourages you to schedule a sports physical with your Primary Care Physician. Sports physicals are most effective when your family physician can use your responses to the questionnaire along with their knowledge of your family history to determine your ability to safely participate. We believe that taking this step will help ensure your health and safety while participating in sports.
